Decision:

To approve the acceptance of the highest tender received for the disposal of the Former C. P. School at Graianrhyd.

Reasons for Seeking Decision:

The Former C. P School at Graianrhyd ceased to operate as a School in 2002, owing to reduced pupil numbers and was Declared Surplus to County Council requirements in 19th March 2004, by the Asset Management Committee.

The Marketing to dispose of Graianrhyd School, by informal tender, commenced in November 2004 and tenders were received 29th April 2005.

S123 of the Local Government Act 1972 gives the power to dispose of land
