Please complete the three easy steps to informing us of a housing repair:

• Stage 1 – Enter your postcode
• Stage 2 – Find your address from the drop down menu
• Stage 3 – Confirm details and submit

For emergencies relating to gas escapes, turn off the supply at the mains and telephone Transco on 0800 111 999.

For all other emergencies, telephone the Corporate Customer Service Centre on 01824 706101 (8am to 6pm) or 01745 351205 (outside office hours).

For general repairs and/or maintenance, you can either telephone the Corporate Customer Service Centre on 01824 706101, email customerservice@denbighshire.gov.uk or complete the following details and the relevant department will receive your report on the next working day.
