Please complete the three easy steps to informing us of a missed refuse collection:

• Stage 1 – Enter your postcode
• Stage 2 – Find your address from the drop down menu
• Stage 3 – Confirm details and submit

If your missed refuse collection is reported to us before 11:30am, we aim to collect it that afternoon. If it is reported to us after this time, it will be collected the following working day. If your missed refuse collection has not been collected after this, please do not hesitate to contact the Customer Service Centre on 01824-706101 or email customerservicecentre@denbighshire.gov.uk

Missed Collection Service may not be possible due to very severe weather conditions and therefore these may have to remain uncollected until the following refuse collection week .

Please note we cannot accept the following:

• Bulky items.
• Garden waste, except in Denbighshire County Council prepaid white bags.
• Trade waste, except in Denbighshire County Council prepaid trade brown bags, or packaged with Denbighshire County Council trade tape.
