Information and Communications Technology (ICT) at Denbighshire County Council plays a key role in enabling effective and efficient service delivery to members of the public.

ICT aims to support services in a way that citizens want, at a time and place convenient to them. This means that our projects increasingly cross traditional organisational boundaries, both within the Council and beyond.

Denbighshire County Council has an excellent, secure and robust network. Our objective is to continue to provide a unified standard of access across all of Denbighshire’s local area networks, including full computer and telephony support, enabling users to experience the same service level from anywhere in the County.
