For enquiries relating to Highways, Environmental Services and council house maintenance, call our Customer Service Centre anytime between 8a.m. and 6p.m., Monday to Friday.

In accordance with Denbighshire's commitment to bilingualism, there are two Customer Service Centre numbers, one if you would prefer to speak to a Welsh-speaking advisor, and one if you would prefer an English-speaking advisor.

Social Services Enquiries:

We have First Contact offices in both the North and South of the County. They provide a confidential service for any individual who needs support, has concerns about child protection or the protection of vulnerable adults, advice and information for carers, and responses to all other general enquiries.
