Learning at your library

Whether learning for your own enjoyment, attending a course, following a formal or informal programme of study, or doing your homework, Denbighshire Library Service is there to help. It does not cost to join and there is no charge for borrowing!

There are 8 public libraries in Denbighshire, from Rhyl and Prestatyn in the north to Corwen and Llangollen in the south, all of which are open at least one evening per week until 7pm, and most of which are open on Saturday mornings. For those who cannot access any of the 8 libraries, the Mobile Library extends provision to rural and more remote areas, whilst the Home Library delivers an individual service to housebound readers.

Library Staff
Library staff are helpful and friendly and committed to deliver a high standard,  user-focused service in a supportive and safe environment. They are experienced in dealing with a wide range of enquiries, will help and guide you to the appropriate information sources, and will deal with your enquiries politely and efficiently. All libraries can respond to your enquiries in either English or Welsh.
