Researching the history of your area can be  fascinating.   Discovering that that old ditch was once a defensive rampart or your favourite footpath was once a drovers track or railway can give you a whole new perspective on the area you live in.   Denbighshire libraries have a wide range of local history resources which are being added to all the time.  To help you begin your research we have created bibliographies of four towns in Denbighshire containing materials available in that particular library.  These are:

Llangollen
Prestatyn and District
Rhuddlan
