A weekend full of sporting activities for those with sight and hearing difficulties kicks off at Rhyl Leisure Centre later this month.
The Sensory Impairment Community Days have been arranged by Disability Sports Cymru and Health Challenge Denbighshire and include taster sessions in football, athletics, judo, climbing, cycling, rowing, golf, badminton, rugby and climbing.
Events for the blind/visually impaired take place on Saturday, October 20th between 10am and 2pm.
Activities for the deaf/hearing impaired take place on Sunday, October 21st between 10am and 2pm.
