As planning applications are granted and the affordable housing criteria is confirmed, our aim is to list the areas where new affordable homes are being built and will be available for sale or rent to those on the Low Cost Home Ownership or Housing Registers.  

We will give you the information about homes which coming available as low cost home ownership, the size of these properties, the tenure and information on how these Affordable Homes are going to be sold or rented. (Homes can be available either direct from the Developer or through a local Housing Association).

To qualify, you must be on the Low Cost Home Ownership Register or Housing list.
