11/13/2007 - Prestatyn Housing Plans to go before Full Council

The planning application for 51 new properties off Tip Lane, Prestatyn, which was deferred at last week's Planning Committee meeting, will now go before Full Council on November 20th.

A resolution will be put to the Council requesting that public speaking  be allowed on this application.  The Council will be contacting those who had requested to speak about the proposed Tip Lane development at Planning Committee with a view to them attending Full Council.  

Two other planning applications will also be heard at Full Council:

45/2007/0851 - 78 High Street, Rhyl - Change of use of former first-floor licensed club to form extension to adult amusement centre

27/2007/0395 - Land South of Bethesda Chapel, Pentredwr, Llangollen - Development of 0.1 hectares of land by the erection of 3  local affordable dwellings and installation of private treatment plant (outline application).
