Housing Improvements

The Council is currently in the third year of its Improvement Programme which is a schedule of improvements being made to its Council housing stock in order to meet Welsh Housing Quality Standard.

The Welsh Housing Quality Standard
Welsh Assembly : “We believe that everyone in Wales should have the opportunity to live in a good quality home within a safe and secure community. To help achieve this, the physical standard and condition of existing housing must be maintained and improved to the Welsh Housing Quality Standard.”
