Reporting Suspected Offences

Some businesses and individuals are prepared to ignore rules and regulations, this being to the detriment of those who are conscientious and law abiding.  This is unfair and unjust.  The trading and manufacturing markets are controlled, not to be burdensome to businesses, but create a level arena in which businesses can compete fairly for custom and to ensure public safety.  In addition to depriving legal property owners of their revenues, these rogues are probably not paying their taxes, business rates or public liability insurances.  Often the profits from illegal sales go on to fund other serious crimes and activities such as drugs distribution and trading in firearms.
