Sound Bites and the Untuned Eye Jim Bond

Kinetic Sculpture from Jim Bond who explores his fascination for creating machines with obscure and sometimes futile functions, creating a sensory environment of sound and vision. Mechanically produced sounds are amplified, scratched and distorted and human forms are cut up, fragmented, magnified and reassembled, moving in and out of focus and squinting into the light.
