The launch of 'Healthy Denbighshire', the Health, Social Care & Well-being Strategy for Denbighshire, is taking place on Tuesday, July 22, at the Oriel House Hotel, St Asaph.
The launch will introduce service users, members of the public, councillors and council officers to 'Ceri's Family', Denbighshire's 'virtual' family. Ranging in age from 2 - 81 years old and reflecting real life situations within Denbighshire, members of the family show how the Health, Social Care & Well-being Partnership can assist family members at different stages of their lives with a variety of health and social issues affecting them. The partnership includes Denbighshire County Council, the local health board as well as voluntary and independent groups.
The aims for the day are to introduce the Healthy Denbighshire Strategy and to promote ‘Ceri's Family’. Attendees will take part in workshops to add input to the development of this new on-line facility.
The event runs from noon until 4:30 p.m.
