For this week (Monday 28 July - Monday 4 August), Denbighshire County Council is carrying out an Equalities and Diversity Survey through their front facing services.
The Council is committed to promoting equality in everything it does to ensure services are accessible to everybody.

The Survey is anonymous and confidential and consists of a number of brief questions which should only take a couple of minutes to complete. The survey is on this front page.

Hard copies are also available at libraries, one-stop shops and Leisure Centres.
