Denbighshire is encouraging motorists to use the remaining car parks in Prestatyn following the closure of two car parks on land at the Tesco development site and Somerfield.

Complaints have been made from members of the public about cars double parking in the town centre since the two car parks were closed and Denbighshire’s parking services wish to remind motorists there are still plenty of other car parks to use when visiting Prestatyn

They are:

Central car park, by Ty nant Council offices - 123 spaces, long stay.

Kings Avenue car park, mid High St - 37 spaces, short stay.

Two free car parks,
Coronation Gardens, by the railway station - 33 spaces, free.
Upper Central car park - 81 spaces, free

Long stay permits can be obtained from council offices, £65.00 per year or reduced fee of £35.00 applicants must be 60 or over.
