Give feedback on this pageA special workshop is set to give visitors to the Royal International Pavilion, Llangollen, a rare opportunity to experience the colourful and compelling dance – The Flamenco.
The workshop, which runs from 6pm to 7pm on Saturday, September 13, costs £6 and participants will have the chance to learn this exciting, emotive and visually stunning form of dance which hails from the south west region of southern Spain.
Following the workshop, the evening is completed with a performance from award-winning dance duo, Jaleo Flamenco themselves, who return to Llangollen with a compelling new insight into their flamboyant and magical flamenco world of Andalusian dance, song and guitar.
The show promises the audience a potent cocktail of explosive footwork, haunting singing, virtuoso guitar playing and percussive handclapping and has received rave reviews from critics.
Jaleo Flamenco costs £13.50 for adults, £5 children and starts at 8pm.
