Our Order and Collect service is available for you to order your books online or ask us to choose them for you.

We will do our best to get the books you want to you as quickly as we can.
The safety of our staff and customers is our priority and we are following Welsh Government guidance on how we handle library books. All books returned to the library will be quarantined for 72 hours.
How to order books for collection
Use our online catalogue
If you are looking for a specific book, you can request books through our online catalogue. This is the best way to request a specific title or author. There may be a waiting list for some popular titles – you will be added to the list. When the book is available for you, we will contact you to arrange an appointment for you to come to collect it.

Let us choose some books for you
If you would like us to choose some books for you from our shelves, we will do our best to choose books that meet your preferences. We can choose books for adults and children, the range of stock will be limited, and there will be a limit of 10 books per library card.

Collecting your order
When your books are ready, we will contact you to arrange a collection appointment for you to come and collect them. If you have mobility issues, please tell the member of staff when you are making your collection appointment and we can bring the bag to your car outside the library.
Home Library Service
Our Home Library Service will be delivering as usual to its customers and we will contact you.
Automatic renewals and no late fines
All the books you currently have on loan, and any you borrow via Order and Collect will be automatically renewed so you do not need to worry about returning them on time, and you will not incur any late fines.
