Revised Certificate Fees

The Registrar General has, under Schedule15 of the Immigration Act 2016, introduced revised statutory certificate fees which will come into effect on the 16th February 2019. The three-tier certificate fees (£4, £7 and £10) for birth, death and marriage certificates will be removed and replaced by one single (standard) fee of £11. The £11 fee will also apply to a Short Birth Certificate.

There will also be the introduction of a statutory priority certificate fee of £35 for a 24-hour service.
