Antenatal Parent Education

Antenatal Parent Education is a four week course that provides the following sessions:

  • Session 1: What to expect in labour
  • Session 2: Active birth positions and pain relief
  • Session 3: Infant feeding
  • Session 4: Safe sleeping and caring for newborn

Who are sessions for? 

The Antenatal Parent Education course is open to mothers in Denbighshire who are in the third trimester. The birth partner is welcome to come along too.

4 weekly groups:

  • Group 1: Monday 7 September 2026 to Monday 28 September 2026
  • Group 2: Monday 5 October 2026 to Monday 26 October 2026
  • Group 3: Monday 2 November 2026 to Monday 23 November 2026
  • Group 4: Monday 23 November 2026 to Monday 14 December 2026
