Cygnet is a nine-week program for parents or carers of children and young people aged 5 to18 years old with an Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) condition (diagnosed or undiagnosed).
The course helps parents develop their understanding of ASD whilst offering practical solutions in a supportive environment, and offers the opportunity to meet other parents in similar position and share experiences.

Who are sessions for?
The Cygnet programme is for parents and carers of children and young people who:
- are aged 5 to 18 years old
- have an Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) condition (diagnosed or undiagnosed)
- are receiving services through the Families First programme

Sessions take place from 10am to 11am at the Westbourne Centre in Rhyl on:
