Time Out for Parents - Teenage Years

The 'Time Out for Parents - Teenage Years' course is to support families with teenagers to help gain a better understanding of young people and live a calmer and happier life.

Who is this course for? 

This course is only for parents/carers in the Families First or the Flying Start programme who have children between the ages of 13 and 19.

'Time out for Parents – The Teenage Years' sessions take place in the Elm Room at the Oaktree Centre from 9:30am to 11:30am:

A 6 week programme plus welcome week.
