Time Out for Parents - Teenage Years

The 'Time Out for Parents - Teenage Years' course is to support families with teenagers to help gain a better understanding of young people and live a calmer and happier life.

Who is this course for? 

This course is only for parents/carers in the Families First or the Flying Start programme who have children between the ages of 13 and 19.

When and where do sessions take place?

This is a 6 week programme plus welcome week.

'Time out for Parents – The Teenage Years' sessions take place in Rhyl at the Oaktree Centre from 9:30am to 11:30am:

  • Thursday 15 October 2026
  • Thursday 22 October 2026
  • Thursday 5 November 2026
  • Thursday 12 November 2026
