Family support
Family Link Workers provide support, advice and guidance for families who are experiencing difficulties such as:
- Separation/divorce
- Bereavement
- Long term illness or medical concerns
- Housing/eviction
- Financial difficulties
- Mental Illness
- Domestic violence
- Substance misuse
- Employment and training
