This application form is only for parents and guardians who have a child born between 1 January 2024 and 31 December 2024. If your child was not born between these dates, please do not apply for childcare as you will not be eligible

You cannot apply to us if you do not live in Denbighshire. You must apply for Welsh Government funded childcare for 2-year-olds through the local council where you live.
