Noise recordings

After submitting your report, you will be sent an email inviting you to use the Noise App on your mobile device. You will then need to download the Noise App 2.0 for free from either the App Store or Google Play.

The Noise App 2.0 can be used to make 60 second sound recordings of the noise that is disturbing you, which can then be sent to us using the app.

Using the Noise App 2.0 is the quickest and most effective way to help us investigate your complaint.
