All valid special procedure licences and approved premises/vehicle certificates will be available to view on the Special Procedures Wales Public Register.

Transitional licences

There is a transitional period of 9 months (from Friday 29 November 2024) where businesses that registered under the previous registration process can continue to operate, while they apply for a special procedure licence and/or approved premises/vehicle certificate.

Businesses with transitional licenses will not show on the Special Procedures Wales Public Register until their new licence or certificate has been approved.
