The Houses into Homes scheme was launched by the Welsh Government to make funding available to councils to offer short term interest free loans to help with renovation costs of bringing long term empty properties back into use. The maximum loan available is £25,000 per unit of accommodation and up to a maximum of £150,000 per applicant. For more information, you can read our leaflet.

Who can apply?
Owners of properties that have been empty for 6 months or more who intend to let or sell the property.
