The Come and Cook course is a practical cookery course which teaches the basics of food and nutrition in a relaxed and friendly environment.
The sessions included in this course are:
- Food Hygiene and Safety - Practical Cooking
- The Eatwell Guide - Practical Cooking
- Plan a Balanced Meal - Practical Cooking
- Calculate the Cost of a Healthy meal - Practical Cooking
There is also an Eat Smart/Save Better workshop included too.

Who are sessions for?
This course is only for parents/carers in the Families First or the Flying Start programme.

The Come and Cook sessions take place at the Oak Tree Centre (Elm Room), Rhyl from 12:30pm to 2:30pm on:
