Time out for Parents - Managing Anger in the Family
The Time Out for Parents – Managing Anger in the Family course can help you increase your skills and confidence as a parent and discover practical tools to help you and your children deal with the ordinary, everyday anger that all families experience.

Who is this course for?
This course is only for parents/carers in the Families First or the Flying Start programme who have children between the ages of 5 and 16.
