Work to transform the semi-derelict "Costigan's" building opposite the train station and bring it back into productive use for entrepreneurs is complete.

Denbighshire County Council used £312,000 of funding through the European Regional Development Fund and the Welsh Government to create the office accommodation on Bodfor Street, Rhyl.

Flexible accommodation has been created with space to host events and a coffee shop on site.

Providing modern, high-quality and business accommodation serviced by ultra-fast broadband, suitable for a new generation of small businesses, encouraging them to set up and use the town centre as their base.

Startup and co-working experts, TownSq has been chosen by Denbighshire County Council to manage the building, support businesses and create better quality jobs in the town centre.
