Contact Centre: Essential maintenance 6-7 December 2025
Essential maintenance work will be carried out on the Customer Contact Centre phone numbers on the weekend of the 6 and 7 of December 2025. This means that all Contact Centre numbers, including 01824 706000, may experience some disruption during this time. We apologise for this inconvenience.

If you need to make a payment or have a question about a Council service, you can phone our Contact Centre between 8:30am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.
