Rhyl Regeneration: Victorian Post Office building

The project is part of a wider scheme to redevelop the unsightly former Post Office on the corner of Water Street and Wellington Road.

In addition to the provision of a new short stay car park to improve accessibility of the town centre, the scheme also involves the renovation of the original historic Victorian Post Office building to provide an attractive retail unit on the ground floor and modern office and meeting space on the upper floors.

The Town Council is proposing to occupy some of this space, bringing its services into the heart of the town centre, improving footfall and enhancing town centre vitality.
