Welcome back to Ruthin One Stop Shop
We are open to the public Monday to Friday between 9am and 4:30pm.
We can help with things such as:
- scanning documents
- parking permits
- ordering trade waste sacks
- applying for a Blue Badge
If you need to make a payment or have a question about a Council service, please call 01824 706000 (Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm) so we can make sure we have all the details to help you and to make an appointment to see us if necessary.
If you have any concerns about the welfare of a resident, please contact the Single Point of Access (SPOA) on 0300 456 1000. For Out of Hours emergencies, please call 0345 053 3116 for Social Services, or 0300 123 3068 for all other services.

One stop shop facilities
One Stop Shops provide information and advice about a range of council services under one roof, from council tax to bin collections and parking permits.
You can also pay for various council services including council tax, housing rents and parking fines. You can pay by cash, credit or debit card. Remember to bring your account / reference number or payment card with you. There is also a self-service payment kiosk at this One Stop Shop.
